Shipping Arrangement

Orders will normally be shipped within 1 – 2 working days after the receipt of payment. Delivery time will be about 1 – 2 working days, depending on the arrangement of service provider.

We use SF Express. Your orders can be delivered to:

-          Commercial or residential address
-          SF Lockers
-          SF Stores
-          SF Stations
-          Convenient Stores or other SF Service Partners

We will notify customers with waybill number after their order is picked up. Customers can track the status via SF Express website or app. If customers choose to send the parcel to SF Store/ Locker/ Service Partner, please pay attention to the SMS notification for pickup.

* If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts, or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-sending shipping fees and the previous shipping fee(s) will not be refunded.
